Private high-ground peninsula with house and ocean access in Boca Chica

The peninsula of almost three hectares in the mangroves is easily accessible as it is just one easy kilometre off the paved road and halfway  (15 minutes) between the Interamerican highway and the tourist resort Boca Chica.

It offers you the ultimate privacy, calm and pure nature, with a view to the highest mountain in Panama, the volcano Barú, the Chorcha waterfall and the island Boca Brava. 5 minutes by boat to Boca Chica and 40 minutes to David where you will be able to shop everything you need and where you will find various private hospitals. It has direct access to the water – just walk through the mangroves down to the boat ramp, if you feel like taking a dip or hopping on your boat and go fishing in one of the best (marlin) fishing areas of the world. You could also build a dock.

Not only is this paradise home to two kinds of monkeys (among which the white-faced capuchin), four kinds of parrots, opossums (4-eyed, mouse, red-bushy tailed), coatimundis, raccoons, black squirrels and many, many birds, but there are fruit trees galore: 9 different kinds of mango, Spanish lime, rambutan, soursop, star apples, bananas, vanilla, oranges, lemons, coconuts, cacao, cinnamon, avocado, mangosteen, rose apples. Plus, hundreds of orchids, with several species in bloom at all times.

The air-conditioned house is simple and cosy and offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom on 100 square metres plus 2 35-square-metre terraces to catch the morning and evening sun and shade. A very large kitchen and pantry give you the storage room to stay on your island and not have to go shopping too often. Under the house there is a 40 x 40-foot storage room.

A boat shed (50 m2) with a 30 m2 covered porch offers room for a 32-foot boat and a tackle room and more space is available with a workshop & tool room 25' x 30' with covered parking 20'x22' and a bathroom with a sink and an outdoor shower. And there is even more room in a 40'x8' additional storage under roof. Plus, a carport will protect your car from the sun and the tropical rain.

The house was built in 2010 as a casita leaving a beautiful space cleared for the main house, but it proved so comfortable that it became the main house. So, the new owners have the best place to build their own dream house while living on their property and then have a ready-made guest house.

The electricity is underground on all the property; the well produces 10 gallons / minute and water is piped all over the island.

The process of titling is almost completed, and the title is included in the price.

Deep Sea Fishing - Nearby are some of the world's best fishing grounds!! Hannibal Bank and Coiba Island,one as one of the best places to catch Black Marlin and Yellow Fin Tuna. From November to April, you can catch Blue Marlin, Pacific Sailfish and Dorado. Fishing close to shore and around the numerous islands, will delight novices and experienced fisherman alike.
