Casco Viejo, also known as Casco Antiguo or San Felipe, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site located in Panama City, Panama.
The location of the residential complex, among other of its attractions, is in a privileged location near the largest gastronomic center and entertainment venues in Panama, shops and tourist spaces, plazas and museums that date back to the colonial era. Its extraordinary location represents an advantage due to its easy and quick access to the South Corridor, Av. Israel, Aquilino de la Guardia Centro banking area, close to shopping centers, restaurants, parks and other amenities.
It is a four-level building with an average of 345 m2 per level, in an excellent location with a project approved by the National Commission of Archeology and Historical Monuments.
