Prices per night in high season (November to April):  

• Carnivals, Easter, Christmas and New Year, National Holidays, Holidays and Festive: $650USD.
• Carnivals minimum 4 NIGHTS and Easter minimum 3 NIGHTS
• Weekly (6 nights): $1,250 USD Includes electricity, water, gas and internet services.
• Monthly: $3,500 USD Includes water, gas and internet services. Does not include the cost of electricity

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Refundable security deposit: 

•  Weekend or weekly: $500 USD
•  Monthly: $1,000 USD
•  Annual: One monthly lease fee

2.  Cleaning fee: $60 usd

3. List with names, surnames and document ID 3 days before arrival.

4. Maximum occupancy 10 persons
