High Point Chame

Are you looking for a large piece of land to build a resort, a high-end gated community or parcel into generous individual lots? Original plans show that With 250 yards of riverfront there are approximately 40 hectares (100 acres) that could incorporate a River Valley to house the primary social area centrally located and a secondary social area (barbeque/ pavilion) that would run along the Chame River.  This portion already has a road 200 yards from the highway that makes the entire area accessible by car.

The rest of the High Point project has wonderful views with a constant cool breeze and is approximately 70% buildable.  The most spectacular of which is the ‘High Point’ which should serve as the third social area (deck/ lounge).  An analogy of this portion is a brimmed- hat mountain peak.  The highest point is similar to the top of the hat while a wrap-around ‘brim’ plateau makes for a perfectly buildable portion of the project with breath-taking ocean views with the Coronado Resort, DeCameron Resort, Gorgona complex and Tabogo Island in the panorama.

The rear of the wrap-around plateau offers views of the highest portions of Altos del María. The ‘hat’ or ‘crown’ of the project is approximately 14 hectares (35 acres).  Moving toward the bulk of the project there are great ocean views throughout three portions.  Along the same road there are approximately 14 additional hectares (35 acres) of ocean view.

Along a parallel ridge there are approximately 15 acres of Ocean View and at the Northern border near a small rock quarry there is an additional 7 hectares (10 acres) that will support towers with excellent access, foundation and ocean views.  The rock quarry on this northern border will serve to significantly reduce costs for road infrastructure. Along this border is also a second access road that has electricity running across a good portion of the property. This access road has wonderful views of the entire valley and surrounding mountains.

The higher portions of High Point have delicious natural water sources (natural pristine springs that come straight out of the earth).  The altitude lends feasibility to ease of pumping (naturalpressure) and quality.
