Along a parallel ridge there are approximately 15 acres of Ocean View and at the Northern border near a small rock quarry there is an additional 7 hectares (10 acres) that will support towers with excellent access, foundation and ocean views. The rock quarry on this northern border will serve to significantly reduce costs for road infrastructure. Along this border is also a second access road that has electricity running across a good portion of the property. This access road has wonderful views of the entire valley and surrounding mountains.
The higher portions of High Point have delicious natural water sources (natural pristine springs that come straight out of the earth). The altitude lends feasibility to ease of pumping (naturalpressure) and quality.
