This private island, located on the Pacific coast just 20 minutes from David, spans 64.3 hectares and offers a secluded environment, accessible only through estuaries, ensuring complete privacy. Out of the total area, 25 hectares are actively used for oil palm production, generating an approximate monthly income of $2,500.
