Bucaro, Tonosi Lot

1365 mt2 lot hidden at the end of the street only 375 meters from the beach.  Its a perfect getaway lot where no one will bother you. The lots terrain is completely buildabe and has a giant corotu tree that provides a cool shade. There are some small ocean views from under the trees shade since it sits on a gradual rise in the terrain. The road from Panama city to Bucaro is a very good road with cement and new asphalt roads. The entrance to the lot is a good dirt road accessible year round about 1/4 mile roughly.

The area of Bucaro has good fishing, spearfishing, surf a few miles away, hiking, horseback riding and the Isla Cañas wildlife refuge is across from the fishing harbour in town. You can observe the sea turrles nesting on the beach certain times of the year.  The lot is very nice, its located in a small valley with beautiful hillside views. Very peaceful and quiet.
