In La Primavera de Caisan at 1300 metres above sea level, offering spring temperatures all the year round, lies this beautiful farm with ocean views. Despite it being in full nature, it is accessible by road all the year round. The paved road is 400 metres away and the rest is well-maintained gravel road.
The house covers 94 square meters of covers space and the terrace is another 60. The structure is made of M2 and block stone. The open floor plan unites the kitchen (with pantry), the dining room and the salon. Two bedrooms share a bathroom and there is a half-bathroom on the terrace. One air-conditioner keeps the office space dry. The terrace is huge and faces west offering impressive views over the valleys of Rio Sereno, down to Puerto Armuelles on the Pacific Ocean and to the volcano Baru.
The area is hilly and even steep in some places - ideal for the goats that were the farm's purpose. The barn with its 6 milking stations has room for 30 goats.
A smaller barn was for the young male goats. There is also a shed / storage / bodega.
The milk-house could be transformed into a second house. It has resin floors, a bath with shower, 6 outlets for sinks, a washroom and milk-testing room outside and an 8 x 8 ft walk-in cooler for milk.
The improved pastures are always green, even in the summertime, and are divided into 20 departments by electric fences. The finca has 6 springs and a 97-foot well which fills a 13,000-gallon state-of-the-art water tank. In addition there is a second pump for the dry season.
The lower part consists of 10 hectares with a creek at the bottom of the hill with a separate entrance and could be segregated away from the 15 hectares, leaving about 5 hectares of the upper part where the infrastructure is.
